Terms and Conditions of Service These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Immunity Accounting PTY LTD (ABN 16 639 611 073), referred to as "us" or "we". By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Estimates and Quotes: Our fees are provided as estimates and do not constitute a quote. Costs are based on an hourly rate and may vary based on the requirements of the work undertaken. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work relating to your tax return will be charged to you. Termination of Services: You have the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason. However, you acknowledge that you will be billed for any work completed up until you notify us of this termination. Ceasing of Services: We reserve the right to cease acting for you as a client at any time if your accounts are outstanding or if, in our opinion, the trust and confidence in our working relationship has broken down. Responsibility for Documents: Immunity Accounting Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any original documents left in our possession. Please provide copies of documents only. 'Pay nothing now/Fee from refund': By choosing this option, you authorise us to subtract our fees from your tax refund when received from the Australian Taxation Office. This offer is contingent upon you being due a refund. If you are not entitled to a refund and have used our service, you will still be liable for our fees. Maximum Refund Guarantee: If you provide us with written evidence from another registered tax agent showing you were eligible for a larger refund, we will issue you a full refund for our fees. The evidence must pertain to the same data and tax year used in preparing your initial return, and all positions taken on returns must comply with applicable law. The evidence must also include the new agent’s service fee and expected refund. Payment Authorisation: By choosing to have our fees taken from your tax refund, you authorise us to have the full refund amount deposited into our Trust account to pay any outstanding fees for services provided by us. Fee Recovery: If your tax refund does not cover the cost of our fees, we reserve the right to obtain the fees via direct debit. If direct debit is unsuccessful, we may take necessary action to recover the amount owed, including legal enforcement. Refund Direct Deposit: You authorise your refund to be paid directly into your specified bank account. Accuracy of Information: You affirm that the information provided to us for the preparation of your tax return, including any applicable schedules, is true and correct. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.
